Comment A pioneering malt in Japan, for which Suntory deserve great credit. In its early days, it was rounded and delicate, as though wary of offending anyone. 2003년 6월 9일 山崎 야마자끼 증류소 설립 80주년을 기념하여 총 5,000병을 한정 발매 하였습니다.

(동시에 白州 하꾸슈 증류소 설립 30주년 기념 몰트 위스키 총 2,000병도 함께 발매하였습니다)

야마자끼 증류소의 Puncheon 술통 (340 리터)에서 15년 숙성 시킨 원주를 엄선한 후, 일본산

물참나무통에서 40년간 숙성 시킨 원주를 추가하여 생산하였습니다.

이 술병의 Pure Malt는 Grain Whisky를 섞지 않은 순수한 Malt Whisky라는 의미입니다.

山崎峡で、日本のモルト造り80年。

40年ものの貴重な、ミズナラ樽原酒を隠し味にした、感謝のボトルです。

京都郊外、天王山のふもと、山崎蒸留所は1923年以来の歴史をもつ日本のウイスキーのふるさと。

この山崎峡で80年。

営々として貯え続けてきた貯蔵たるの中から、バンチョン樽の山崎モルト15年を厳選し、

ミズナラ樽の40年ものを加えました。

パンチョン樽の15年物の山崎モルトを厳選。

さらにミズナラ樽の40年物の原酒を加えました。

ミズナラ原酒特有の伽羅を想わせるようなウッディーな香りとパンチョン樽原酒の

甘く華やかな香りがバランスよく調和します。

ラベルには山崎蒸溜所草創期のキルン（麦芽乾燥塔）を描いたイラストを配し、

1999년 썬토리사 창업 100주년을 기념하여 1년 먼저 1998년에 Suntory Yamazaki 25를 출시하였으며,

그 중, 위 사진의 위스키는 당시 한정 생산되었던 창업 100주년 기념품으로, 총 1,200병만을 생산하였으며,

총 1,083병만을 발매하였습니다.

100주년 기념 한정품은 요즘 발매되는 일반 Suntory Yamazaki 25보다 다소 비싼 ¥125,000 입니다.

1999年のサントリー創業100周年を記念して、ひとあし早く1998年秋に登場したシングルモルト山崎の特別限定品

山崎蒸溜所の 酒齢25年を 超える長期熟成 モルト原酒の樽を 選び抜き、丹精をこめて丁寧にヴァッティングし使用。

シェリー樽由来の甘美な芳香が馥郁と香り立ち、芳醇の極致ともいうべき重厚な味わい。

このウイスキーのために職人が手間と暇をかけて手で漉きあげた越前和紙を使用。

まず、下地の和紙を漉き、これに薄く鬱金の層、そして箔の層をのせ、これを上がけの和紙で押さえて漉いた

4層の手づくり和紙です。

2005년 5월 10일, 50년 이상 숙성 시킨 싱글몰트 위스키인 山崎 50年 (야마자끼 50년)을

50병 한정 출시하였습니다.

가격은 700 ml 한병에 100만엔이며, 일본 위스키로는 최고령의 원주를 사용하였으며,

가격 또한 이제까지 중에서 최고가 입니다.

원주는 1950년대 초반에 일본 국내산 대맥을 사용한 몰트를 이용하여 생산하였습니다.

야마자끼의 물을 사용하여 발효 시킨 후, 일본 국내 최초로 도입한 단식 증류기 (Pot Still)로

증류하였습니다.

크리스탈 술병에 붓으로 쓴 山崎 (야마자끼) 이름을 샌드블러스터로 한병씩 조각하였습니다.

물참나무 특유의 붉은색이 감도는 짙은 호박색을 띄며, 향나무의 침향을 느끼게하는 방향과

건조과실의 새콤달콤한 향기를 포함한 감미롭고 풍만한 숙성향기가 그윽하게 풍기며, 화려

하게 퍼집니다.

강하게 입안에서 감도는 맛을 내며, 비단결같이 매끄러운 감칠맛이 깊으며, 드라이한 (달지 않은)

맛을 느낄 수 있습니다.

그윽한 스모키향이 풍겼다가 사라지곤하며, 따뜻한 나무재질 (술통)의 여운이 오래 남습니다.

1824년에 James Delamain의 손자인 Henry Delamain은 Roullet Delamain 이라는 회사를

설립하여, 4세대를 이어서 꼬냑 무역을 지속해 왔습니다.

1920년에 단독 주주였던 Delamain 가문은 회사 이름을 Delamain & Co.로 바꾸었습니다.

따라서, Delamain 꼬냑의 창립년도를 명확하게 정의 하기에는 어려움이 있습니다만, 상법상

in the famous demi-johns in the Delamain cellars.

These glass vessels protect the ancient spirit that has matured in to a veritable treasure.

Whilst the labels indicating the grand age of the Cognacs have faded, the perfect seal of each

demi-john has prevented any evaporation.

Bisquit Cognac

1. Bisquit Cognac 회사소개 

Bisquit Cognac은 Alexandre Bisquit가 1819년에 설립한 꼬냑 회사이며, 1965년에 Pernod-Ricard 그룹에

합병되면서 회사 이름이 Renault Bisquit로 바뀌었습니다.

Alexandre Bisquit는 프랑스의 리모쥐 도자기와 리무쟁 오크로 유명한 Limoges 출신으로, Limousin oak casks의

특징을 누구보다 잘 알고 있었기 때문에, 일찍부터 꼬냑의 숙성에 Limousin oak casks를 사용하였습니다.

Bisquit Cognac은 Cognac 지방의 Fins Bois (팽 브와) 지역에 위치한 Chateau de Lignieres (샤또 드 리니에레)

포도농장에서 재배한 포도와 Grande Champagne (그랑드 샹파뉴), Petite Champagne (쁘띠뜨 샹파뉴) 지역의 포도를

사용하여 현대식 대형 증류기로 2회 증류합니다.

증류시에 다른 꼬냑에 비해서 천천히 가열하며, 상대적으로 낮은 알코올 도수를 유지하므로 원료인 포도의 향취를 많이

느낄 수 있습니다.

2. Bisquit Cognac의 종류 

1. Bisquit Classique VS :

    Fins Bois (팽 브와) 지역에 위치한 Chateau de Lignieres (샤또 드 리니에레) 포도농장에서 재배한 포도로

    만든 오드비를 3~5년 숙성 

2. Bisquit VSOP Fine Champagne :

    Grande Champagne (그랑드 샹파뉴)와 Petite Champagne (쁘띠뜨 샹파뉴) 지역의 Eaux-de-vie를 사용하여

    8~10년 정도 숙성 

3. Chateau de Lignieres :

    Chateau de Lignieres의 Single-Vineyard 포도를 이용하여 10년 숙성 

4. Bisquit Prestige :

    최소 12년 이상 숙성 시킨 Grande Champagne (그랑드 샹파뉴)산 오드비를 사용하였으며,

    일부 오드비는 1878년에 생산한 오드비도 사용하였습니다.

    병 모양은 위의 VSOP와 같으며, 등급은 VSOP와 Napoleon의 중간 입니다.

5. Bisquit Napoleon Fine Champagne :

    최소 15년 이상 숙성시킨 Grande Champagne (그랑드 샹파뉴)와 Petite Champagne (쁘띠뜨 샹파뉴)

    지역의 Eaux-de-vie를 사용

6. Bisquit Napoleon Baccarat Crystal Decanter

7. Bisquit XO Excellence :

    30년~35년 이상 숙성시킨 Grande Champagne (그랑드 샹파뉴)산 오드비를 66% 이상 사용하여

    Petite Champagne (쁘띠뜨 샹파뉴) 오드비와 블렌딩한 Fine Champagne 꼬냑입니다.

8. Cohiba Extra Grande Champagne :

    40년~50년 이상 숙성시킨 Grande Champagne (그랑드 샹파뉴)산 오드비를 사용한 알코올 도수 43%의

    꼬냑으로 Cigar와 잘 어울리게 만든 Cigar Blend 꼬냑입니다.

9. Bisquit Privilege D'Alexandre Bisquit Grande Champagne :

Alexandre Bisquit was just 20 years old when, in 1819, he set up his cognac firm in Jarnac.

He hailed from Limoges, and knew well the special properties of the local Limousin oak for aging brandy,

so he brought in quantities of it to build his maturation vats.

Soon all his competitors were using the same wood, and today Limousin oak casks are in demand

worldwide for aging wines and spirits.

Bisquit has vineyards and distills its own cognac in a large, modern still house at the Chateau de Lignières,

north of the town of Cognac.

The casks of spirit age at Lignières, in temperature- and humidity-controlled cellars.

Bisquit spirit runs off the still at a lower strength than most others, giving it a fuller, "grapier flavor.

Normal range of qualities available, plus occasional 50- and 100- year old bottlings and

single-vineyard Chateau de Lignières.

In 1965 the firm began to belong to the big industriel group "Pernod-Ricard".

Its head, Paul Ricard, bought the firm, the familiar estate, the vineyards and the castle in the area Fins Bois.

   sweet chocolate and the aroma of fragrant raisins.

1. Bisquit Cognac 회사소개 

Bisquit Cognac은 Alexandre Bisquit가 1819년에 설립한 꼬냑 회사이며, 1965년에 Pernod-Ricard 그룹에

합병되면서 회사 이름이 Renault Bisquit로 바뀌었습니다.

Alexandre Bisquit는 프랑스의 리모쥐 도자기와 리무쟁 오크로 유명한 Limoges 출신으로, Limousin oak casks의

특징을 누구보다 잘 알고 있었기 때문에, 일찍부터 꼬냑의 숙성에 Limousin oak casks를 사용하였습니다.

Bisquit Cognac은 Cognac 지방의 Fins Bois (팽 브와) 지역에 위치한 Chateau de Lignieres (샤또 드 리니에레)

포도농장에서 재배한 포도와 Grande Champagne (그랑드 샹파뉴), Petite Champagne (쁘띠뜨 샹파뉴) 지역의 포도를

사용하여 현대식 대형 증류기로 2회 증류합니다.

증류시에 다른 꼬냑에 비해서 천천히 가열하며, 상대적으로 낮은 알코올 도수를 유지하므로 원료인 포도의 향취를 많이

느낄 수 있습니다.

2. Bisquit Cognac의 종류 

1. Bisquit Classique VS :

    Fins Bois (팽 브와) 지역에 위치한 Chateau de Lignieres (샤또 드 리니에레) 포도농장에서 재배한 포도로

    만든 오드비를 3~5년 숙성 

2. Bisquit VSOP Fine Champagne :

    Grande Champagne (그랑드 샹파뉴)와 Petite Champagne (쁘띠뜨 샹파뉴) 지역의 Eaux-de-vie를 사용하여

    8~10년 정도 숙성 

3. Chateau de Lignieres :

    Chateau de Lignieres의 Single-Vineyard 포도를 이용하여 10년 숙성 

4. Bisquit Prestige :

    최소 12년 이상 숙성 시킨 Grande Champagne (그랑드 샹파뉴)산 오드비를 사용하였으며,

    일부 오드비는 1878년에 생산한 오드비도 사용하였습니다.

    병 모양은 위의 VSOP와 같으며, 등급은 VSOP와 Napoleon의 중간 입니다.

5. Bisquit Napoleon Fine Champagne :

    최소 15년 이상 숙성시킨 Grande Champagne (그랑드 샹파뉴)와 Petite Champagne (쁘띠뜨 샹파뉴)

    지역의 Eaux-de-vie를 사용
