도수 43%의 꼬냑으로, Cigar와 잘 어울리게 만든 Extra급 Cigar Blend 꼬냑입니다.

 

Cohiba는 Cuba의 정부소유 담배회사이며, 이 회사에서는 품질이 좋은 Cigar를 생산하고

있습니다.

꼬냑은 일반적으로 시가와 잘 어울립니다만, 그중에서도 특히 시가와 더욱 잘 어울리도록 만든

꼬냑을Cigar Blend Cognac 이라고 합니다.

 

최근에는 Martell사에서도 Martell Cohiba Extra Cognac을 생산하고 있습니다.

Bisquit Cognac은 Alexandre Bisquit가 1819년에 설립한 꼬냑 회사이며, 1965년에

Pernod-Ricard 그룹에 합병되면서 회사 이름이 Renault Bisquit로 바뀌었습니다.

현재는 Pernod Ricard 그룹에 속해 있습니다.

 

Alexandre Bisquit는 프랑스의 리모쥐 도자기와 리무쟁 오크로 유명한 Limoges 출신으로,

Limousin oak casks의 특징을 누구보다 잘 알고 있었기 때문에, 일찍부터 꼬냑의 숙성에

Limousin oak casks를 사용하였습니다.

 

Bisquit Cognac은 Cognac 지방의 Fins Bois (팽 브와) 지역에 위치한 Chateau de

Lignieres (샤또 드 리니에레) 포도농장에서 재배한 포도와 Grande Champagne

(그랑드 샹파뉴), Petite Champagne (쁘띠뜨 샹파뉴) 지역의 포도를 사용하여 현대식

대형 증류기로 2회 증류합니다.

 

증류시에 다른 꼬냑에 비해서 천천히 가열하며, 상대적으로 낮은 알코올 도수를 유지하므로

원료인 포도의 향취를 많이 느낄 수 있습니다.
