The Otard Napoléon is a subtle blend of Grande and Petite Champagne with Borderies and

Fins Bois.

Tasting notes:

Soft and mellow, the Otard Napoléon exhales woody aromas and fragrances of dried fruit and

coconut.

The body from the Fins Bois harmoniously enhances the delicacy of the two Champagnes in

How best to drink it:

The Otard Napoléon can be served as an aperitif, neat or on the rocks. As a wine-based alcohol,

The Otard VSOP Fine Champagne is composed exclusively of the two leading cognac growths, Grande and Petite Champagne, with at least 50% of Grande Champagne.

Tasting notes:

The length on the palate of the Otard VSOP Fine Champagne, combining its powerful nose and

remarkable finesse, blossoms with floral aromas backed by the fragrance of lime-trees, pears and

tobacco, with flashes of spices and vanilla.

How best to drink it:

The Otard VSOP Fine Champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif with 5 or 6 cl of tonic for 2 cl of

cognac, and a few ice cubes. As an after-dinner drink, it should be enjoyed neat. Otard VSOP

Fine Champagne is best drunk at room temperature.

H. MOUNIER (HENRI MOUNIER & Co)사는 Fins Bois 와 Bons Bois 지역의 약 3,600

여개의 포도농장과 계약을 맺고 있으며, 이들 농장에서 각자가 증류한 Eaux-de-vie 들을

구입하여, 숙성 및 저장을 한 후, 블렌딩하여 판매합니다.

그렇기 때문에 Prince Hubert de Polignac의 꼬냑들은 다른 메이커의 꼬냑에 비해서

가볍고, 부드러운 것이 그 특징입니다.

Prince Hubert de Polignac을 줄여서 그냥 Polignac이라고 합니다.

그런데, 이 Polignac Reserve du Prince는 100% Grande Champagne 지역의

Eaux-de-vie로 만든 꼬냑으로, 중후하고 깊은 맛이 있습니다.

Polignac Cognac에서는 Reserve du Prince는 Napoleon급을 의미합니다만,

이 술은 Extra급 꼬냑입니다..

이 꼬냑에는 일부 100년 이상 숙성 시킨 오드비들도 사용되었지만, 국내 주류전문점에서

70년 숙성 이라고 하는 것은 과장된 것입니다.
