프랑스 꼬냑 중 유명 제품은 대부분이 수출되고 있는데 반해, 오따르 제품은 1/4이 프랑스 국내에서  

소비될 정도로 국내에서 인기 있는 제품입니다.

 

오따르 제품은 전체적으로 향과 맛이 잘 조화를 이룬 제품이란 평을 받고 있습니다.

 

또 증류 후 1년간은 리무진오크 통에 넣어 숙성 시키는데, 그로 인해 남성적인 향기가 새 통에 녹아

들어  오따르 특유의 약간 강한 맛을 만들어냅니다.

 

그것이 오따르가 꼬냑 가운데 남성적인 술이라고 일컬어지고 있는 이유입니다.

 

Identity:

The Otard VSOP Fine Champagne is composed exclusively of the two leading cognac growths, Grande and Petite Champagne, with at least 50% of Grande Champagne.

Tasting notes:

The length on the palate of the Otard VSOP Fine Champagne, combining its powerful nose and

remarkable finesse, blossoms with floral aromas backed by the fragrance of lime-trees, pears and

tobacco, with flashes of spices and vanilla.

How best to drink it:

The Otard VSOP Fine Champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif with 5 or 6 cl of tonic for 2 cl of

cognac, and a few ice cubes. As an after-dinner drink, it should be enjoyed neat. Otard VSOP

Fine Champagne is best drunk at room temperature.
