Matisse Whisky는 2002년에 출범한 신생 스카치 위스키 메이커 입니다.

중국과 대만 시장을 처음으로 개척하여 매년 3자리 숫자의 성장을 보이고 있습니다.

 

마티스 위스키는 아시아 시장을 주 목표로 개발된 뉴-에이지 위스키 입니다.

현재는 중국, 말레이지아, 싱가폴, 한국 등의 시장에 진출하였으며,

향후 미국, 일본, 홍콩, 중동 등의 시장에 진출할 계획입니다.

Tasting Notes

Martine Nouet Nose A bit restrained at astart. Floral. Lilac. Creamy. Grand Marnier sauce. Pine needles. Touch of smoke. Palate Smooth. Fruity. Exotic fruit salad. Pineapple, banana, guava. Finish Lasting. Nutty. Orange peel. Spicy. Comment Quite a complex blend but it takes time to deliver. Well-balanced. Again it would have displayed more at a higher strength.

Dave Broom Nose Exotic and soft. Milk chocolate, tight spice. Cherry, nutmeg, black banana. Concentrated, overripe/bruised fruits. Has good balance. Palate Very soft start, then tingling sweet spices and light soft fruits: pear, coconut and a tickle of smoke. Balanced. Finish Short fresh. Oaky grip. Comment Well made and worth trying.
