블렌딩이 끝난 위스키를 포르투갈의 강화 와인을 담았던 Port Wood 통에서 3개월간 추가 숙성 시킨 위스키 입니다. 

2001년 10월부터 출시 되었습니다.

 

Famous Grouse 위스키는  스카치 위스키의 본고장인 스코틀랜드에서 가장 인기 있는 위스키 입니다.

 

Famous Grouse Blended Whisky에 사용되는 몰트 위스키의 비율은 35%이며, 핵심몰트위스키는

Highland Park, Tamdhu, Macallan. Glenturret (스코틀랜드에서 가장 오랜 증류소) 등의 몰트 위스키가

사용되었습니다.

나머지 65%의 그레인 위스키는 North British와  Cambus가 사용되었습니다.
