Dave Broom Nose Soft and mealy with aromas on the orange/lemon side. There’s some chocolate, cereal, dry grass and a sulphury note. Palate Light and soft with sweet vanilla mid-palate. Iced Gems and cake. Finish Gentle. Comment Has more substance than the nose suggests. Subtle.
