2000년 봄 발랜타인의 새 멤버가 된 Ballantine's Pure Malt 12 years old는 200여년간의 위스키에 관한

지식을 활용하여 'Amicus Humani Generis', 혹은 'A Friend to All' 모토하에 새롭게 몰트 매니아에게

인사를 하였습니다.

 

깊은 벌꿀 황금빛 색깔로 최소 12년의 부드럽고 감미로운 50가지의 몰트 위스키를 혼합하여 벌꿀 향과

신선한 과일 향이 조화로우며, 뛰어난 긴 피니쉬가 인상적인 술입니다.

 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Deep honey gold
Nose: Fresh spring flower overlaid by strong sweet pears, a trace of orange zest and a hint of marzipan (Almonds)
Body: Round and livery
Taste: Fresh, clean smoothness balanced by a soft sweet overlay of orange, cinnamon and ginger
Finish: Medium length, soft sweet centre in a clean nutty dryness
