Nose	Full, slightly sweet; toffee, ginger and dried fruits accompanied by sherry and cloves.

Palate

Rich in both dried fruit and sherry, with a subtle toffee sweetness and pleasant touch of spice flavour with a touch of sherry sweetness and wood.

Finish

Medium long.
