A 15 Years Old Macallan, vintage 1984, has recently been released which offers a different nose and taste experience

from the 12 and 18 Years Old variants.

 

With demand for The Macallan 18 Years Old continuing to exceed supply, the release of a 15 Years Old provides access

to a new ｅxpression! which possesses a distinctive character, typical of The Macallan range but with its own individual

signature of toffee sweetness.

 

Color

Rich copper and amber.

Nose	Sherried, dried fruits with aromatic cloves and ginger; hints of orange and toffee/fudge sweetness.

Palate

Toffee sweetness, dried fruits, apples and orange, resinous spice - cloves and ginger, slightly nutty, mouth filling and velvety flavour with a touch of sherry sweetness and wood.

Finish

Rich viscous, velvety and warming; long, spicy orange and nutty.
