한정 수량만 생산 하였습니다.

느낄 수 있으며, 생생한 과일의 맛과 오래된 가죽의 향의 느낌, 오크향과 후추향이 조화를

Hennessy Ellipse, a superb cognac with subtle, balanced aromas, that Gilles Hennessy

has chosen to offer to devotees of rare cognacs.

 

 

Tasting Notes :

 

Colour   : golden, luminous, delightfully bright.

Aromas : a delicate, well-balanced bouquet with notes of crystallised fruits,

                 wild roses and the renowned rancio of very old cognac.

Palate   : the perfect combinaison of age and elegance. A fine blend of subtle

                 qualities the aromas intermingle and none is overdominant.

Finish   : Excellent long finish.

      - 1765년에 아일랜드계 영국인 Richard Hennessy가 프랑스 국왕의 근위병으로 근무

         한 후, 프랑스에 귀화하여 설립

 

      - 세계에서 제일 큰 규모의 꼬냑 회사

 

      - 620 헥타아르의 포도 농장을 소유

 

      - Limousin Oak와 Tronçais Oak를 사용하여 술통 자체 제작

 

      - 1817년 the British Prince Regent가 Very Superior Old Pale 꼬냑을 주문 => VSOP의 탄생

 

      - 1870년 XO등급을 처음으로 만듬 (Maurice Hennessy)

 

      - 1944년 또 다른 Maurice Hennessy가 Bureau National Interprofessionel du Cognac

         (BNIC) 설립

 

      - 1971년 Moet & Chandon사와 합병하여 Moet-Hennessy사 설립

 

      - 현재는 디자인 회사인 Louis Vuitton과 합병하여 LVMH (Louis Vuitton-Moët Hennessy)로

         변경
