Awards July 2002 : Bronze Medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in Great Britain. The VS is mainly elaborated from the Fins Bois, a growth that gives it the typical finesse of a young cognac with a bright, gold-touched luminosity. Its fruity and floral harmony produces a pleasant sensation of balanced smoothness and lightness. You can enjoy VS neat, or as a long drink topped with tonic or sparkling water. Its fragrance of terroir also makes it an ideal flavouring in many recipes.
