1880년에 Honore Fillioux가 Grande Champagne 지방의 Domaine de La
Pouyade에 설립하였으며, 현재는 그의 후손인 Pascal J. Fillioux가 경영하고 있습니다.
또한, Fillioux 가문은 Jean Fillioux부터 Yann Fillioux에 이르기 까지, 7대째 Hennessy
꼬냑의 Master Blender를 역임하고 있습니다.
그리고, 현재 Maurice Fillioux는 역시 Hennessy 꼬냑의 Cellar Master를 맡고 있습니다.
Jean Fillioux (장 피유)는 프랑스 Cognac 지방 중에서도 품질이 가장 좋은 Premier
Cru인 Grande Champagne 지역의 Charentes 강 유역의 가장 좋은 입지를 갖고

This Grande Champagne Cognac highlights the aromas of vanilla, pears and dried fruit
and particularly figs.
Long years of maturation have given the Reserve Familiale a bouquet, mellowness, and finesse of Rancio Charentias, the classic taste of fine old Cognac.
A pure Eau-de-Vie, discreet to begin with and revealing its full character afterwards,
with the finest rancio aroma, richly flavoured in fruitiness and spice.
Two paralell tastes giving a balanced, full bodied, unctuous sensation, with a distinctive
wine-shoot, peppery and jammy prune flavour.
