In accordance with current legislatin, the Bureau National Interprofessionnel of Cognac certifies

that this exceptionnel 1982 Vintage is the product of Grande Champagne Premier Grand Cru du

Cognac.

 

Bottled in May 2002, with a superb maturity of 41% vol., it is exclusivement produced from the

1982 harvest from the "Chez Piet" estate, the flagship of the 300 hectares of wine estates owned

by the Frapin family.

 

Matured for 20 years in Limousin oak casks, sealed by representatives of the BNIC, this 1982

Vintage Cognac Grande Champagne displays a complex bouquet of aromas dominated by the

notes of crystallised fruits and exotic woods.

 

It is very round, with an exceptionnally long-tasting flavour.

 

Harvested, distilled, matured and bottled in a numbered series on the estate, this Cognac

Grande Champagne is distinguished by its rare quality - the result of know-how handed down

through the generations.
