Chivas Regal, now in the Pernod Ricard portfolio, contains around 40% malt and up to 40 single  

malts, about 4% of that coming from Strathisla single malt.

Tasting Note :  

Michael Jackson Nose Distinct marshmallow. Peach blossom. Faint cocoa. Palate Light hazelnuts. Cream. Buttercups. Violets. Lavender. Herbal. Finish A little snappy and aggressive. Comment The flavours tail off, as though the whisky is going to sleep. Smooth and easy, but lacks livliness. Springtime never quite blossoms into summer.

Paul Pacult Nose Absolutely beguiling perfumed bouquet that features multi-layered and mature scents of paricot, pear, sweet cereal, and honey. Enchanting. Palate The palate entry speaks of Strathisla smoke. The mid-palate offers complex tastes of oaky vanilla, cocoa and butterscotch. Medium to full-bodied. Finish It glides down the throat in embers-warm, silky and mildly peaty tastes. Comment The blend for grown-ups, for people who have made their rites of passage and are ready to enjoy their success.
